 Letter to Bishop Barron
Today I sent Bishop Barron a letter regarding our request for the consideration to establish a new Parish in the Oxnard-El Rio part of the city. Meanwhile we will work with the SC Chapel "Advisory Board" to start working on the finances and logistics if the project is approved. Please keep on praying so we may receive a response soon.
